5. America's Army: "Live the Experience" Contest Privacy Policy

In order to participate in the America's Army: "Live the Experience" Contest ("Contest"). The Department of the Army ("DA") may request the following information from you: full name, email address, street address, telephone number, date of birth, and citizenship or legal residency. Participants 18 years of age or older may also be prompted to include information regarding gender, education level, military service, career goals, and interests in the Army (collectively the "Information").

DA will not share your Information with any party not affiliated with DA. However, DA may, at its choosing, provide this Information to third party contractor's affiliated with DA and to various DA agencies for purposes of reviewing the data in aggregate form and contacting you regarding Contest awards and/or career opportunities at DA. If you are not interested in learning more about DA you may specifically opt-out during the Contest sign-up and no one will contact you for purposes other than those related to the Contest.

6. E-mail News and Updates.

From time to time game related newsletters and information may be e-mailed to you. The e-mail address you provide will allow us to alert you to new game releases, features and enhancements, special offers, and contests and events of interest related to America's Army®. DA may employ third-party contractors to provide email delivery or other services on our website. DA requires that they adhere to our stated privacy policies and protect the confidentiality of all information they have access to as a result of their engagement by DA.

8. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

11. USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS
